So, I was browsing around in the specialty stores the other day, just kinda killing time, you know? And I stumbled upon this Fendi Calf Hair Mama Bag Baguette Brown Bag. Now, I’ve seen a lot of bags in my time, but this one, it caught my eye. It’s brown, made of calf hair, and it just looked so darn luxurious.
I went ahead and picked it up, felt it in my hands. It was soft, real soft. And this brown calf hair, it sure looked well-made. The strap, it looked like real leather, and it had this cross-over flap closure thing that seemed pretty sturdy. I was thinking, “This ain’t no cheap knock-off.” This is what they say, the authentic FENDI bag.
I started imagining myself carrying this bag around, going to fancy dinners, or maybe just to the grocery store, feeling all high-class and what not. I mean, this bag, it’s the kind you could probably pass down to your kids or grandkids. It seemed like that kind of bag that just never goes out of style.
Now, I ain’t made of money, but I was seriously considering buying this bag. I even asked the store clerk about it, and they told me all about how it’s made and how it’s a real popular item among the younger folks, these Millennials and Gen Z they call them. Seems like this bag is a real hot item. They compared it to some “going out top”, whatever that means. The clerk also mentioned that Fendi is some big-shot Italian fashion house. Founded in 1925 by some folks named Edoardo Fendi and Adele Casagrande, they are famous for fur and leather stuff.
I spent a good chunk of time there, just admiring this Fendi bag, and finally decided to put it back. I just couldn’t justify the cost at that time, but boy, was it tempting.
