Alright, so, I got this itch to get my hands on a Remake PRADA Medium Prada Galleria Saffiano Leather Bag. You know, the one they’re all talking about? Sounds fancy, but it’s just a really expensive purse, let’s be honest.
First thing I did was hit up the internet. Typed in “Remake PRADA Large Galleria Saffiano Leather Bag Specialty Stores” into the search bar. I figured, specialty stores gotta have it, right?
I started clicking on the pages that popped up. I saw some stuff about their Spring/Summer 2025 Collection, which, whatever, not what I was looking for. Then there was a bunch of stuff about crochet accessories. I don’t even know what those are.
Then I saw something about PRADA re-edition bags from 2000-2005. Okay, getting warmer, I thought. It said something about modern reinterpretations of the most classic bags. Sounds like my kind of thing.
But I still couldn’t find where to actually buy the darn thing! I kept reading about it, reviews and all that, but no “buy now” button anywhere. It was driving me nuts!
So, I decided to go old school. I looked up the actual PRADA stores near me. Figured I’d just go in and ask. I mean, they gotta have it there, right? It’s their bag!
I called the store first, just to make sure. The lady on the phone was super nice, but she told me they didn’t have the exact “Remake” version. Said it was a limited edition thing or something like that. She said they did have some similar Galleria bags, though.
- I went to the store anyway. I mean, I was already halfway there in my head, you know?
- I saw the bag. The Galleria, not the Remake. And you know what? It was pretty nice. Real nice, actually.
- The leather felt good, the size was perfect, and it had that classic look I was going for.

I ended up buying it! Not the one I originally wanted, but hey, close enough. Plus, I saved myself a headache from searching online any longer.
So, that’s my story of how I got my hands on a almost-Remake PRADA bag. It wasn’t exactly what I planned, but sometimes you gotta roll with the punches, right?
